Hi I'm Kristi
FireWife & Friend
I've been a firefighter's wife for almost twenty years, mama to three amazing kids (ages 9-14), and I'm a former nurse who discovered my true calling once I left those hospital walls behind. When I shifted into holistic health and wellness, I had this lightbulb moment about our first responder life - it's isolating, challenging, and can feel incredibly lonely.

That realization lit a fire in me (pun intended!). I knew I had to create something different - a real community for first responder wives, whether your fire station has your back or not. Because here's what I've learned: if we want our firefighters to have long, sustainable careers, if we want our marriages to not just survive but actually thrive, and if we want our kids to grow up healthy and whole, we've got to figure out how to build strong relationships with our first responders while juggling that constant tension between home life and the job.

I'm not about quick fixes or surface-level support. I'm building a place where we can connect authentically, where someone actually gets what you're going through, and where first responder wives don't just survive this life - we thrive in it, together.

Our Mission I dream of a world where every first responder wife has real people in her corner - women who actually get what it's like to live this life. Through genuine friendships and the kind of support that shows up when things get messy, we're building marriages, families, and communities that don't just survive the uncertainty - they flourish in it.

What We Stand For:

Community - Nobody should have to figure this out alone. We're better together, and that's not just a cute saying - it's how we roll.

Authenticity - Bring your real self here. The good, the messy, the "I haven't showered in two days" self. Every woman's story matters, and we honor all of it.

Vulnerability - This is our brave space. We talk about the hard stuff, the struggles, the growth that comes from being honest about what this life really looks like. That's where the magic happens.

Compassion - We lead with grace because we know this life hits different. When someone's having a rough day (or month), we show up with empathy and zero judgment.

Fun - Listen, if we can't laugh through the chaos, we'll cry through it. We choose joy, find the humor in the madness, and celebrate the lightness we create together.
